Job Description:


We are currently seeking a highly organised and reliable individual to join our team as an Office Manager.


The successful candidate will be:

  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and able to use formulas.

  • Strong formatting and editing skills within Word.

  • Proficient in Outlook and calendar

  • Excellent online researcher

  • Able to use own initiative and common sense.

  • Attention to detail is critical.

  • Strong organisational skills

  • able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.

  • Able to follow Daily Checklists efficiently.

  • Able to work at a fast pace.

  • Able to handle a busy workload under pressure.




- Admin Organisation

Managing, maintaining & creating ‘how to’ systems for all tasks. Managing Staff contracts and 6 monthly reviews in calendar.


- Customer Care

Handle customer enquiries via email in a prompt & professional manner using our existing template system.



Maintain stationery list, order stationery for the team & monitor pricing.


- Orders

Manage customer order changes and print orders for the stock manager.


- Private PA

Assist the Director with personal tasks including personal shopping, research, booking appointments and managing the calendar.


- Office

Maintain a clean and organised office space, managing post, returns and deliveries.



Monitor infringing listings and content – this requires excellent research skills and able to pay close attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace.


- Returns

Process returns, maintain our return log efficiently and process claims efficiently and accurately.


- Research

Conduct research on various topics as requested by the team.


- Reminders

Send reminders to team members regarding important deadlines and tasks  


- EOTM Reporting

Manage the End of The Month (EOTM) reports accurately and in good time following our template system.


- Raising Tickets

Manage ticketing systems and raising tickets as required.


- Awards

Search & register the organisation for relevant awards and reminding the Director of awards coming up / deadlines.


- Brand Ambassador Payouts

Manage payments to brand ambassadors and setting up new coupon codes.



Weekly meeting with the director, able to take notes quickly and accurately and provide update on outstanding tasks.


Other adhoc duties as required



15 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Hours: 9 – 2


  • 6 month contract with the view to extend.

  • This is currently a freelance position
