The Flower Curl is our patented heatless hair curler that comes with soft satin coated rings. It has been designed to be worn comfortably day or night. Our hair curler doesn't sit around the face, doesn't cover the sides of the face, ears or back of the neck which means you can roll in your sleep without having the curler get in the way.
The Waver Bun come with a much larger satin coated ring and is our patented hair waver. It can be used to prolong heatless curls for days! The Waver Bun can be used whenever you need to put your hair up, replacing tight or messy buns and ponytails. No hair ties are required and the bun is not tight at the roots, therefore will not cause tension like a normal bun or ponytail would. Leaves no dents, just healthy heatless waves when removed.

Hair needs to be past the shoulders for both hair tools to work effectively.

Both of our hair tools are handmade from soft foam coated in vegan satin material. No silk worms were harmed during the making of our hair tools. 🐛
We generally recommend to start off with dry hair. Damp / wet hair may not dry properly in the curler resulting in an uneven result.
Dry hair also allows you to have more control over the curls. If your natural hair struggles to hold a curl, we recommend to apply a bit of water onto dry hair before wrapping.
If your natural hair struggles to hold a curl, we recommend to:
Start off with completely dry hair
Apply a bit of water onto dry hair before wrapping.
Ensure a tight, continuous wrap with no gaps
If you are open to using hair sprays, spray once all the hair is set in the hair tools. (we recommend the hairspray by colourwow as it is not sticky and doesn't leave the hair feeling stiff)
Leave in overnight or for at least 6 hours
You can spray some hair spray in the morning whilst the hair is still wrapped. Leave to set for 15 mins and then unravel
Flip your hair forward and open the curls with your fingers
Avoid using a brush, instead you can open the curls with your fingers or a curl comb
Do not weight down the curls with too much product
We process orders Mon - Fri excluding weekends. Please allow 1 working day from day of placing your order.
UK orders - they typically arrive within 1-3 working days
International Orders are sent from the UK - Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Very rarely orders may get stuck in customs and exceed the 7 working days. Please check your tracking number to monitor your parcel's journey. If you have waited 15 working days please get in touch with us so we can look into this for you.
We cannot stop a parcel from being delivered whilst it travels through the postal network. Please email us as soon as you can so we can advise you on what to do next.
A refund will only be applicable once we receive the item back at our warehouse

a cancellation fee of £2.50 applies (this cancellation fee is usually charged to us by Stripe or PayPal)
It may not always be possible to cancel your order in good time. This is because our customer care team is separate to our fulfilment team and by the time your enquiry is picked (which will be in a queue) your order may have already been fulfilled. If your enquiry is picked before fulfilment (we cannot guarantee this):
a full refund is applicable including shipping costs
